Servers give our guests warm, prompt, and accurate service. You will take orders, know the menu and daily specials well, set and clear tables, help with cleaning duties, and follow Galazio policies and procedures. Our goal is a friendly, professional experience that guests remember.

We are looking for a full-time bartender for day and evening shifts. You will prepare drinks to recipe, quickly and with precise measurements, provide wine-bottle service and food service, and always check ID to confirm legal drinking age. TAM/TIPS certification is an advantage. Some experience is required, and training is available.

The host is our guests’ first impression, so a presentable, welcoming, and inviting attitude matters. You will manage reservations, plan shifts, answer the phone, respond to orders and reservations, communicate with leadership, and run smooth take-out service. Hosts also help bus tables during the shift. Strong organization and communication skills are a must.

Bussers keep the dining room running smoothly and help every guest enjoy a seamless meal. You will clear and reset tables, work closely with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff, keep glassware and utensils spotless, and hand off take-out orders promptly. The ideal busser is also ready to step into host duties.

You will prepare food to Galazio’s high standards and specifications and keep every station cleaner than the law requires. That means setting up, maintaining, and cleaning kitchen stations, stocking inventory, using equipment safely, following all safety standards under COMAR, and working closely with the kitchen team. We want someone who loves food and is eager to learn and excel in Mediterranean cooking. We also have a brick oven, where we make authentic wood-fired pizza.

The expediter links the kitchen and the front of house. You make sure every dish, dine-in or to-go, is prepared correctly, plated with care, and delivered to the guest on time.
