Ouzos was doing well as a business!  The food, the service, and the homey comfortable feel with the Mediterranean atmosphere attracted the locals far and wide.  Several nights ended with OPA’s, broken plates, Bouzouki music, and more.  It was clear that expansion was necessary to accommodate the demand.  So the walls were torn down and the adjacent space was converted from a Tae Kwon Doe dojo into a beautiful restaurant with a full bar, and a stage for shows (does anyone remember the belly dancing?)
