The Gressis family always wanted the business to be on 301, so when the La Plata Pizza Hut was vacant, Iossif Marios Gressis completely rebuilt the interior to have an emphasis on wines, a warm welcoming inviting bar casual fine dining, with wines from around the world, and to have an inviting bar.
In 2016 the Galazio Patio was built, effectively providing outdoor dining.
