Galazio Brings Septem Greek Craft Beers to Southern Maryland

We’re excited to introduce two new Greek craft beers from Septem Microbrewery, one of Greece’s most celebrated independent breweries. Founded on the island of Evia by oenologist Sophocles Panagiotou, Septem is known for its fresh, unpasteurized beers brewed with the same balance and care as fine wines.

Sunday’s Honey Golden Ale

This refreshing Greek honey beer is brewed with fragrant orange blossom honey. Golden in color with a creamy white head, it delivers aromas of orange, peach, and tropical fruit. The flavor is lightly sweet with notes of lemon blossom and a smooth, gentle bitter finish.
ABV: 6.5% | Size: 330ml

Thursday’s Red Ale

A vibrant Greek red ale with a beige creamy head. Bursting with aromas of caramel, toffee, roasted nuts, and marmalade, this beer balances malty sweetness with a smooth, lingering bitterness.

Why Septem Microbrewery?

Septem applies an oenological philosophy to brewing—using the finest malts and hops and treating them like wine grapes. The result is fresh, unpasteurized beer with distinctive aroma, balance, and flavor.
